The hotel is located in the shopping, business and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui East, which is the Mody Road. It is closed to the harbour front and just a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui underground (MTR) and the Kowloon-Canton Railway (KCR) and the cross-harbour ferries. It is about 10 minutes walk to the popular Nathan Road and 45 minutes drive to the International airport.

This hotel has five restaurants and one large lobby lounge. All restaurants offer it's own specialty cuisine with the coffee shop being the casual restaurant with hip decor and serving daily extensive buffets as well as a la carte menu.

The lobby is very large in size with high ceiling and with a lot of seating area. The elegant lobby lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows is located next to the reception desk. There is a staircase and escalator going up and down to the mezzanine and basement.
