| Procedure |
-
Roast
Chana Dal and coarsely grind it and keep aside.
- Roast Seasam seed and keep aside.
- Roast Lapsi and keep aside [optional].
- Heat thick bottom pan add jaggery to it, when
it melts add 1 dessert spoon ghee and grated coconut.
mix it for 2 to 3 mins.
- Remove the mixture of jaggery, coconut and ghee
and let it cool down.
- When the mixture cools down add coarsely grounded
chana dal and seasem seed . Lapsi can be added[optional].Mix
well.
- It can be stored for 5 to 6 days.
