The cozy, quietly distinctive ambience reflects a palatial Manglorian estate house surrounded with paintings of Maharashtrian village, hanging lamp from Tanjore, Pure silk saree from Kanchipuram and a "Samay" at the entrance to welcome the guest. Also of distinction is the fact that the entire restaurant is done up with reused wood.

And while you savour the aromas and food, you're also regaled with the vibrant cultural heritage of the peninsular states. Including live performances by artists skilled in the myriad traditional and folk dance, music and art forms. Also on view are our skilled craftsmen; the chefs who perform live for from the interactive kitchen

The Guest are encouraged to have food with fingers hence a chilamchi trolley is drawn to each and every table to wash the hands with rose water. Vindhyas has an exotic range of home made pickles which is served to every guest during the course of the meal.

The Veg Thali: Enjoy the thali comprising of 4 Vegetables, One Rasam,1 Pachidi and 1 Payasam. and all this just for Rs.450/- +taxes. (Only for Lunch)
